In short: I only keep what you choose to send me, I use it to reply to you, and I never sell or share it.
Who I am
This page is run by Karan Ladla, an independent automation consultant based in Ahmedabad, India. You can reach me at karan@karanladla.com.
What I collect
- What you send in the box: the parts of your grant cycle you pick, what you write, and where to reply (your name, work email and foundation, if you give them).
- Voice notes: if you tap Talk, your browser's own speech service turns your words into text in the box. In Chrome, that service is run by Google. Only the text you choose to send reaches me; I never receive or keep the audio.
- Visits: which parts of this page were viewed and which buttons were used, counted without advertising cookies. If you arrived from a link I sent you, the visit is tied to that link's short code, so I know my message reached you.
- Booking a call: handled by Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy.
How I use it
To reply to you, to prepare a call or a short video about your foundation, and to see which parts of this page are useful. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only me. Your details are stored in my own Google Workspace and the automation tools I run myself. I don't sell, rent or share them with anyone, and I don't use them for advertising.
How long I keep it
As long as we're in touch, and no more than two years after our last contact, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Email me at karan@karanladla.com to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and I'll do it within 30 days. If you'd rather not hear from me again, reply "no thanks" to any email and I won't contact you again.
Changes
If this changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
